Sending customer WiFi login data in real time to your Klaviyo CRM account is simple. There are two key steps:

1. Generate an API key from within your Klaviyo account
2. Add Klaviyo integration to your splash page

Generating an API Key in Klaviyo

Select API Keys:

Click Create Private API Key

Give your key a name such as “Fydelia API Key”

For “List” select Read Access and for “Profiles” choose “Read/Write”

Note: The List access allows you to choose a specific audience list when adding Klaviyo to your splash page

Click CREATE:

Expand the Data Connectors feature

Drag the Klaviyo widget anywhere on your page. It is invisible to guests:

On the Klaviyo widget, click EDIT and enter your API Key:

From the list that appears, choose the list where you would like the guest details to be sent to.

Below, click SAVE CHANGES and then PUBLISH

You’re all set! Your guest WiFi customer data will now be sent to Klaviyo with the corresponding opt-in status that the guest has chosen.
