To set up your Constant Contact integration, we will need to obtain a refresh token and connect it to your Fydelia OnDemand sub-account. To do so follow the steps below:

1. log in to your Fydelia OnDemand account and choose desired sub-account.
2. go to https://ondemand.fydelia.com/constantcontact_auth/
3. click “Connect to Constant Contact” button
4. Constant Contact might ask yu to log in. When you are logged in, click “Allow access“

5. click “Complete the connection” button after being sent to Fydelia.

Now you are able to place a Constant Contact widget on your splash page, hover it and click “edit“, where you can select the list(s) and tags that should be assigned to new visitors.

If the visitor does not subscribe to marketing, they will be added to your default “Contacts” list with “No permission set” email status. Their contact will not be put in list(s) you selected during widget setup, but they will be tagged as usual. This is a Constant Contact limitation.
