The Default account

As a new Fydelia user you are given a default account. Here you can test Fydelia without triggering a subscription. Do not use this account for live rollouts.

Our onboarding team will create a demo page based on the information you provided such as the website URL or Instagram page. You will be notified by email when the page is in your account list.

Instant clone to new account

If you don’t want to wait for a custom design, you can instantly create a new trial subscription account using the clone tool:

In the splash page list click on settings for the page you wish to clone:

Choose the “Clone to new account” option:

Enter the new account details and click the “Clone” button:

Your new account is ready and you can edit/share the new splash page with your prospective client

Payment methods

To ensure that successful trials will go live smoothly, be sure to keep your payment information up to date. You can access this via the portal:

You can then set up your preferred method of payment which is either credit card or BACS bank transfer.
